大鼠局灶脑梗死微管相关蛋白表达动态变化及针刺的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨大鼠脑梗死后树突可塑性的物质基础和机制及针刺的影响。方法大鼠随机分为电针干预组,缺血对照组,正常对照组。免疫组化方法检测不同时间点MAP2表达动态变化及电针治疗后对其的影响。结果缺血对照组MAP2在病灶区从缺血后1 d即出现表达减少,3 d达最低点,7 d表达开始增加,14 d表达进一步增高。病灶对侧区从缺血1 d始表达亦可见增高,针刺干预后阳性表达增加,两组比较有明显差异。结论MAP2可以反应缺血损伤程度和树突修复能力,可作为脑损伤可塑性指标之一,电针可增强这种可塑性变化。 Objective Reseach the materal base and machanism plasticity of dendrite and effect of acpuncture. Methods the rats were divided into 3 groups: acupuncture treatment group; infarction contral group and normal contral group; with immune-chemistry, measure the expression change of MAP2 and its effect after cerebral infarction h different time. Results Ischemia control group in the homotopic area of the contralateral cortex, after the first day. MAP2 was downregulated until 3 day passed by and from day7, it began to elevate until day 14. Upregulation of MAP2 was also found in the contalateral cortex day after the operation, the rate of positive expression eleated after acupuncture. There was a significant difference between two groups. Conclsion MAP2 can reflect ischemic injury and recovery of dendrite, it can act as one of indexes of cerebralplasticity, acpuncture can strengthen this change.
