胃癌组织中COX-2蛋白的表达研究

The study of cyclooxygenase-2 expression in gastric Carcinoma

目的探讨胃癌组织中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)表达及其与胃癌浸润转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法测定57例胃癌组织中COX-2蛋白的表达。结果COX-2在胃癌组织中阳性表达率为85.2%,正常胃粘膜组织中阳性表达率为28.1%,两者有显著性异(P<0.01);COX-2阳性表达与胃癌分化程度无关(P>0.05);与TNM分期、淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.01)。结论COX-2表达与胃癌的转移、浸润等有关,可作为反映胃癌生物学行为的指标之一。

Objective To explore expression of eyelooxygenase-2（COX-2） and its relationship with invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. Methods The streptavidin-Peroxidase immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of eyclooxygenase-2 in 57 tissues of gastric cancer. Results The rates of eyelooxygenase-2 expression in tissues of gastric carcinoma and normal stomach were 85.2 % and 28. 1 %, the level of cydooxygenase-2 expression had no correlation with histology differentiation of gastric carcinoma（ P 〉 0.05）. The level of cyclooxygenase-2 expression had significant correlations with lymph node metastasis, deep invaded and TNM stage of gastric carcinoma（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The level of Cox-2 expression is significantly related to the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. The level of Cox-2 expression is one of the important biologic character of gastric carcinoma.
