糖尿病大鼠血清一氧化氮和一氧化氮合酶的变化及意义 被引量:1

Changes and Significance of the Serum Nitric Oxide Level and NOS Activity in Diabetic Rats

摘要 目的检测不同年龄正常和糖尿病大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性.方法(1)健康SD大鼠30只,分为幼年组(出生<1周),成年组(6~8周),老年组(>18个月),每组10只;(2)健康成年SD大鼠40只,一次性腹腔注射链脲佐菌素诱发糖尿病模型,随机分成糖尿病1月(DM1)、3月(DM3)和5月(DM5)组,空白大鼠为对照组,每组10只.所有大鼠测定血清NO含量和NOS活性.结果(1)老年组NO含量和NOS活性低于成年组和幼年组(P<0.01),成年组低于幼年组(P<0.05);(2)各糖尿病组NO含量和NOS活性高于对照组(P<0.05),DM5组NO含量和NOS活性低于DM3组(P<0.05).结论NO含量和NOS活性随年龄和糖尿病的病程、病情不同而变化. Objective To survey the serum nitric oxide content and NOS activity in normal and diabetic rats in different age group. Methods 30 healthy SD rats were enrolied and divided into 3 groups: young group(within 1 week after birth), adult group(6-8 weeks) and ages(over 18 months). Another 30 adult healthy rats received streptozotin(STZ) to induce diabetic model and divided at random into 3 groups: diabetes one month(DM1 ), diabetes three months (DM3) and diabetes five months (DM5). The serum nitric oxide content and activity of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) were determined. Results The serum NO and NOS activity in the aged group were remarkably lower than those in the adult group and young group (P〈0.01). The serum NO and NOS activity level in the adult group were remarkably lower than those in the young group(P 〈 0.05). The NO content and NOS activity level in diabetic rats were higher than those in normal group(P〈 0.05). The NO content and NOS activity in DM5 were lower than those in DM3 (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The NO content and NOS activity varied with age and diabetic course.
