急性心肌梗死溶栓后血管内超声检查的临床意义

摘要 目的观察血管内超声检查对急性心肌梗死(AMI)病人静脉溶栓后冠状动脉病变检出的临床意义.方法6例冠心病AMI病人静脉溶栓后提示血管再通,择期行冠状动脉造影术提示血管狭窄50%～80%.6例病人均行血管内超声检查,分析血管内超声图像选择恰当的治疗方法.结果6例病人中,冠状动脉造影术提示2例病人狭窄＞50%,4例病人狭窄＜50%;血管内超声检查提示血管病变为不稳定斑块.5例病人接受支架置入术,1例病人接受冠状动脉搭桥手术.结论AMI病人静脉溶栓后血管虽再通,但原有病变仍存在.冠状动脉造影往往低估此类病变,血管内超声检查可以检出此类病变.
