摘要
普通合金铸铁轧辊硬度低、耐磨性差,而硬质合金轧辊尽管具有优异的耐磨性,但成本高,且脆性大,使用中易开裂和剥落.以高碳高钨高速钢为主要合金成分,采用离心铸造方法,开发了耐磨性能优良的高速钢轧辊,并着重解决了离心铸造高速钢轧辊生产过程易偏析和产生裂纹的难题.高速钢轧辊硬度达63~65 HRC,辊面硬度差小于2 HRC,冲击韧度大于14 J/cm2.用于高速线材轧机预精轧组和棒材轧机精轧机组,使用寿命比合金铸铁轧辊提高6~10倍,接近硬质合金轧辊水平.
To counter the situation that usual hard alloy rolls have production cost alloy cast iron rolls have low and large brittleness, high hardness and bad wear-resistance and speed steel rolls having high wearresistance have been developed by means of centrifugal casting technique and adopting high carbon and high tungsten high speed steel. The main problems producing high speed steel rolls such as segregation and crackle has been solved. Its hardness is 63-65 HRC,its impact toughness is over 14 J/cm^2 , its hardness balance on the roll surface is smaller than 2 HRC. Using in the pre-precision rolling machine group of high speed wire rod mill and finishing rolling stand of bar mill, its service life is 6-10 times longer than that of alloy cast iron rolls, nears hard alloy rolls.
