摘要
本文提出了以第二代电流传输器(CCII)为基块的电压有损积分器,导出了具有低灵敏度性质的状态空间矩阵集的一般形式以及该矩阵元素与电压传递函数系数间的关系。据此,可直接综合出与LC梯形结构信号流图完全一致的CCIIMOSFET-C高阶低通滤波器。
This paper presents a CCII-based voltage lossy integrator and derives a general form of matrix set of the state-space equations of CCll-based MOSFET-C continuous-time filter with lowsensitivity performance. The relationship between the elements of the matrix set and the coefficients of the voltage transfer function is given. According to it, the CCII MOSFET-C higher orderlowpass filter can be directly synthesized according with the signal-flow graph of the LC ladder network.
