摘要
提出了用于大型组织系统建模和分析中需要用到的动态组装概念，扩展了系统方法和面向对象方法，简化了系统建模和分析工作。
The conception of dynamic assembly in organization modelling and analysis is presented.This is based on the expansion of the systematic and object-oriented conceptions.With such method,the process of large-scale system modelling and analysis will be simplified.
