摘要
给出了一种基于Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ环境的通用试题库管理系统的设计方案，在试题库的基础上提出了几种生成试卷的策略，分析了它们的特点。
A method for designing general test base management system based on Windows environment is given.On the basis of test base,several methods to produce the new test paper is offered,their properties are analysed.
