慢性特发性荨麻疹患者外周血单一核细胞IL-2受体和TNF受体mRNA的表达

Studies on Expression of IL-2 Receptor and TNF Receptor mRNA in Patients with Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria

目的探讨白介素2受体(IL-2R)、肿瘤坏死因子受体(TNFR)在慢性特发性荨麻疹(C IU)患者外周血单一核细胞(PBMC)中的表达及与疾病的相关性。方法30例确诊的C IU患者和30例正常人,收集PBMC,提取RNA。应用反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测研究对象IL-2R和TNFR mRNA水平。结果C IU患者TNFR mRNA水平比正常对照组增高,差异有统计学意义(t=2.02,P<0.05)。而IL-2R mRNA水平患者组与正常对照组差异无显著性(t=1.16,P>0.05)。结论C IU患者存在T淋巴细胞细胞因子受体表达的异常。

Objective To monitor the expression levels of interleukin-2 receptors （IL-2R） and Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor（TNFR） mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMC） from patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria （CIU）. Methods 30 CIU patients and 30 controls were collected. PBMC were separated from the peripheral blood specimen. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） technique was applied to semi-quantitatively analyze the expression of IL-2R and TNFR mRNA in PBMC. Results Level of TNFR mRNA expression was significantly increased in patients with CIU as eompared with that of healthy controls,while level of IL-2R mRNA expression in PBMC showed no significant difference. Conclusion These results suggest that TNFR might be involved in the pathogenesis of CIU.
