中西药四联疗法治疗狼疮肾炎探索

Study of the Four Union Therapy of Chinese and Western Medicine For Lupus Nephritis

目的观察中西药四联疗法治疗狼疮肾炎的效果。方法方案1为小剂量泼尼松+硫唑嘌呤+氨甲碟呤+补肾康,方案2为小剂量泼尼松+硫唑嘌呤+氨甲碟呤+火把花根,疗程3个月,观察半年到1年。结果7例采用方案1,显效4例(其中2例显著改善),无效3例;12例采用方案2,显效8例(其中5例显著改善),无效4例。结论该疗法法治疗狼疮肾炎有一定效果,以方案2较佳。

Objective To explore the efficiency of herbal plus Westen medicine therapy for lupus nephritis. Methods Two therapy projects were used to treat patients with lupus nephritis. Project 1 was low-dose prednisone plus azathioprine plus methotrexate plus Piperazine Ferulate. Project 2 was low-dose prednisone plus azathioprine plus methotrexate plus Tripterggium Wilfordii, The period of treatment was 3 months ： the whole period of observing was 6 months or one year. The changes of clinic representation and experiment index were observed to compare the curative effect of two projects. Results 7 cases in project 1,4 cases were effect （ 2 marked efficacy） ,3 inefficacy; 12 in project 2,8 cases were effect （ 5 marked efficacy） ,4 inefficacy. Conclusion Herbal plus Westen medicine therapy is effective in the treatment of patients with lupus nephritis,and the project of low-dose prednisone plus azathioprine plus methotrexate plus Tripterggium Wilfordii is more efficient.
