三氧化二砷注射液治疗晚期胰腺癌的临床观察

Clinical Study of Arsenic Trioxide Injection in Treatment of Advanced Pancreatic Carcinoma

目的:初步观察As2O3注射液单药治疗晚期胰腺癌的临床疗效和毒副反应.方法:8例Ⅳ期胰腺癌患者,接受As2O3注射液单药治疗,即10～20mg/d,持续用药14～20天为1个周期,休息14天重复.结果:5例患者的癌痛明显减轻,KPS评分增加20分,其中3例癌痛缓解,并且持续时间超过4周,2例肿瘤热消退;临床受益率为37.5%(3/8).全组毒副反应主要有轻度胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制及肝功能损害.结论:As2O3注射液具有一定的抗胰腺癌作用,且患者耐受性好.

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of Arsenic Trioxide （As2O3 ） for the patients with advanced pancreatic cfarcinoma. Methods.The 8 pts received Arsenic Trioxide （As2O3 ） 10 - 20 mg/d. Each cycle consisted of 14 -21d administration, then repeated after 2 weeks. Results ：After the treatment, cancer pain degree significant decreased and KPS score increased 20 in the 5 patients. Among them, pain disappeared in 3 patients, fever subsided in 2 patients. The clinical benefit rate was 37.5% （3/ 8）. The major toxicities were slight gastrointestinal tract reaction, myelosuppression and hepatic function impairing. Conclusion：Arsenic Trioxide （As2O3） is effective in treatment of pancreatic carcinoma, the toxicity is tolerable.
