摘要 目的总结磁共振31磷波谱成像(31phosphorus MR spectroscopy,31P-MRS)的原理及在肝脏疾病诊断中的临床应用。方法回顾分析国内、外应用31P-MRS诊断肝脏疾病的文献。结果在肝炎、肝硬变、肝脏肿瘤、肝移植术后及梗阻性黄疸等各种肝脏疾病患者中,31P-MR波谱出现异常,评价31P-MR波谱对疾病的诊治有重要临床意义。结论31P-MRS作为一种研究活体肝脏细胞水平的能量代谢和生化指标变化的非侵入检查方法,正得到越来越广泛的临床应用。 Objective To summarize the principle and clinical applications of ^31 phosphorus MR spectroscopy (^31 p-MRS). Methods Literatures about ^31P-MRS in liver were reviewed and analyzed. Results Abnormalities of ^31P-MRS were found in patients of hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, liver tumor,obstructive jaundice and patients after liver transplantation. Evaluation of ^31P-MRS is important in diagnosis and treatment of many hepatic diseases. Conclusion As a non-invasive protocol for analyzing the energetic metabolism and biomedical changes in cellular level of living liver, ^31P-MRS has a wide clinical application.
