摘要
目的探讨稀土化合物氯化镧对脂多糖诱导人牙龈成纤维细胞分泌白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的影响。方法组织块法培养人牙龈成纤维细胞,用脂多糖对其进行诱导,ELISA法检测IL-8分泌量。结果经氯化镧处理的成纤维细胞虽有脂多糖诱导但细胞分泌IL-8量明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论氯化镧具有抑制脂多糖诱导人牙龈成纤维细胞分泌IL-8的作用,据此推测氯化镧的抗炎作用机理可能与其抑制脂多糖介导的炎症因子释放有关。
Objective To evaluate the effect of lanthanum chloride on the interleukin - 8 ( IL- 8) secretion of human gingival fibroblast (HGF) induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS), Methods Human gingival fibroblast was cultured by block methods, ELISA was used to analyze the IL- 8 secretion. Results The result of ELISA indicated a significant inhibition effect of LaCl3 at 1×10^-4 -1×10^-6 mol/L on the IL - 8 secretion of HGF induced by LPS. Conclusion The results suggest that the resistance function of LaCl3 against the inflammation may be related to the inhibition effect of LaCl3 on the release of inflammatory cytokines.
