心脏^(31)P-MRS的现状及临床应用前景 被引量:2

摘要 心脏磁共振成像是一种可以同时获取心脏解剖和功能信息的优越方法,但是它很难了解心肌组织的生化状况.31P磁共振波谱分析(31P-MRS)是目前唯一能够用于研究心脏能量代谢的无创性检查方法,且无需像PET检查一样使用外源性放射示踪剂.
