摘要
随着电信市场竞争的加剧，各个电信运传商纷纷提供各种各样的电信新业务。为满足目前客户的需求，需要快速提供智能业务，抢占市场，有必要对智能业务提供的策略进行深入的探讨，本文对智能网系统提供智能业务的局限性和相关问题进行了分析，并比较了智能网系统与小容量的错能平台的特点，认为智能平台可以在一定程度上弥补智能网系统的局限性。为加速智能业务提供的进程，本文提出了错能业务提供的全过程，通过甘特图可以清晰地描述整个过程，可以将多个阶段并行工作，以达到快速提供业务的目标。同时，本文针对智能业务提供过程的关键阶段，提出了一系列策略方面的建议。
