摘要
目的调查研究了700名广东省汉族人群HLA-DQB1等位基因频率及多态性分布。方法采用深圳益生堂生物企业有限公司研制开发的“HLA-DQB1低分辨率基因分型芯片试剂盒”,应用PCR-SSP+SSO芯片检测技术,对700名广东省的中国人群进行基因分型。结果鉴定了10个HLA-DQB1等位基因。广东省人群HLA-DQB1等位基因频率分布为HLA-DQB1*05>*0301>*0303>*0601>*02>*0302>*04>*0602>*0604>*0603。结论为我国疾病相关性研究、人类学研究提供了可靠的遗传学参数。
Objective To explore HLA-DQB1 gene frequency (GF) in Southern China inhabitants. Methods DNA Microarray Kit for HLA-DQB1 LowRes Genotyping were used to detect HLA-DQB1 gene polymorphisms of 700 inhabitants in Southern China. Results Ten alleles of HLA-DQB1 were inspected and a series of gene frequency (GF) distribution was obtained as following: HLA-DQB1 * 05 〉 * 0301 〉 * 0303 〉 * 0601 〉 * 02 〉 * 0302 〉 * 04 〉 * 0602 〉 * 0604 〉 * 0603. Conclusion The GF data of Chinese in Southern China are useful to correlation of diseases and anthropologic research.
