摘要
根据唐山钢铁有限责任公司第二炼铁厂高炉的原料条件和冶炼情况,研究了MgO、二元碱度(CaO/SiO2)对高炉渣的流动性黏度以及熔化性温度的影响,为唐钢高炉优化造渣制度提供实验和理论依据,结果表明:炉渣碱度在1.10~1.20之间,MgO在10%~12%,Al2O3≯14%时高炉能达到较好的冶炼效果,从理论上分析了炉渣中R2及MgO的适宜含量范围.
Based on the conditions of raw materials and smelting in Tangshan Iron & Steel Group Co. , Ltd, the influences of MgO and (CaO/SiO2 ) on the viscosity and melting temperature of BF slag have been studied, aiming at prioiding a theoretical guideline for optimizing the BF slag making in the plant. It is found that, with slag basicity of 1.10 -1.20, MgO content of 10% -12% and Al2O3 ≯ 14%, better smelting result of BF can be attained. The suitable value of slag basicity and MgO content are also analyzed.
