摘要
目的:研究黄芩苷(Bai)对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠心功能的影响。方法:结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支复制心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型。Bai 50、100mg/kg于冠脉结扎前10m in静脉注射后,左心室插管测定缺血再灌注大鼠左心室功能的变化。结果:Bai对正常麻醉大鼠心肌收缩性能有短时的抑制作用,一过性升高LVEDP,减慢HR,降低心肌耗氧量(HR×LVSP);能明显改善缺血再灌注损伤大鼠左室心功能各参数,增加再灌注区心肌干湿重之比,改善心脏舒张功能。结论:黄芩苷对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠左心室功能具有保护作用。
Objective: To study the effects of baicalin on the cardiac function in myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury of rats. Method: The myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury model in rats was established by left anterior descending coronary occlusion, followed by reperfusion. The paremeters of left ventricular function after myocardial ischemia reperfusion were monitored by ventricular catheterization. Result: Baicalin. inhibited the ability of myocardial contractile for a short time in normal anesthetized rats, reversely increased LVEDP, slowered HR, decreased HR×LVSP; during myocardial ischemia and reperfusion, baicalin significantly improved every paremeter of left ventricular function, elevated the rate of dry/wet of reperfused myocardium, enhanced diastolic function of reperfused rat hearts. Conclusion: Baicalin has a protective effect on left ventricular function in ischemia/reperfused rat hearts.
