传统知识保护学术研究发展态势论要

Discussion on Academic Research Development Situation of Traditional Knowledge Protection

由中国社会科学院知识产权中心、台湾清华大学科技法律研究所主办,贵州师范大学法学院和知识产权中心承办的全国性学术会议“基因资源、传统知识和民间文学保护学术研讨会”于2005年5月25日至28日在贵阳举行。与会者围绕回顾与展望、基因资源保护、传统知识保护、民间文学保护4个议题展开了讨论。本文根据会议提交的20多篇论文,以及专家学者的发言、点评、提问和争论,在综合分析大量会议资料和相关信息的基础上,针对目前我国颇具新成果汇聚的这次盛会所传递的传统知识保护学术研究信息进行发展态势上的分析和点论。

“Academic Seminar on Protection of Gene Resources, Traditional Knowledge and Folk Literature” was held in Guiyang on May 25th to May 28th. It was sponsored by IPR Center of Chinese Social Science Academy and Research Institute of Science and Technology of Taiwan Qinghua University, and was undertaken by School of Law and IPR Center of Guizhou Normal University. All the attendants make a heat discussion on the four topics： Review and Looking ahead; Gene Resources Protection; Traditional Knowledge Protection; Folk Literature Protection. Based on more than twenty theses submitted to the conference and the present experts＇ and scholars＇ discussion, this essay is to analyze and comment on the academic research information of traditional knowledge protection carried by the fruitful discussion at this conference.
