However, with development of the modern society, such protection in our country faces a crisis, It mainly lies in lacking the personnel in some civil cultural manifestation, facing the brain drain, abusing or distorting the culture, etc. Because of the budget shortage, the protective facilities fall behind, and professional brains drain; At present there are three greatest topics about protective studies and researches, which make people considering the extension of the intelligent property right system in that realm, and then argue that the intelligent property right protection system is not a unique means to protect the intelligent products and the related achievements.
