八面河油田广北区块腐蚀结垢原理探讨

On corrosion and scaling mechanism in Block Guangbei of Bamianhe Oilfield

针对八面河油田广北区块设备、管线、油井的严重腐蚀及输油管线的结垢问题,通过水质、垢物及腐蚀产物的分析与测定,分析与探讨了腐蚀结垢的原理和主要原因,为进一步解决广北区的腐蚀结垢问题提供了理论依据。

Aiming at the serious corrosion problems of equipment, pipeline, production well, and scaling problems of transporting line in Block Guangbei of Bamianhe Oilfield, the main mechanisms and causes of corrosion and scaling have been investigated through analyzing and determining water quality, composition of scaling and corrosion products, which have provided theoretic support for further solving the problems of corrosion and scaling in Block Guangbei.
