借助历史文献资料和田野调查资料,从国家与社会互动关系角度,从国家、地方政府、乡村基层组织和“洞经会”四个方面,详细分析了“圣谕坛”产生的原因,展示了权力控制过程中,各方利益与策略的交汇,探讨了民间宗教组织确立自身合法性,寻求、构建生存空间,与国家维持平衡关系的机制。

On the basis of historical data and fieldwork literature, proceeding from the interaction between the government and teh society, this paper analyzes the root causes of the formaton of SHENG YU TAN（imperial edict preach group） from the four aspects of the central government. local governments, grass-root level organizations in villages and DONG JING HUI （a Buddhist organization）,It also unveils the interaction of interests and strategies of different parties in the course of power control. and explores a mechanism by which the non-governmental religious organizations can establish their legitimacy. construct their own living environment and seek balance with the central government.
