摘要
本文运用访谈、座谈和问卷调查等方法对影响现代远程开放教育学员学习积极性的因素和激励水平进行了实证研究,通过运用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析对调查数据进行统计分析,结果表明影响学员学习积极性的因素主要来源于以下几个方面:教师、学校、工作、社会,以及学员自身,并从这些因素的激励水平出发对现代远程开放教育学习激励评价的作用及工具等问题与开放教育学习服务的关系进行了探索性研究。
The research studies the factors affecting the learning positivity of open education ' s students and the level of these factors ' stimulation using the method of interview, symposium and investigation. The data are analyzed making use of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that the factors affecting the learning positivity of open education' s students mainly from teacher, school, work, society and student own self. On the basis of the level of these factors ' stimulation, the paper simply discusses the function and instrument of evaluation about learning stimulation.
