Comparison and Interactional Analysis of Antitrust and Economic Regulation

本文在对反垄断与经济管制的理论基础与实施进行比较分析的基础上,分析了两者间的互动作用。最后针对我国管制的现状与面临的问题,探讨了适合我国实际情况的管制改革模式。

This paper analyzes their interactional functions on the base of comparative analysis of their theories and implementation. Finally, this paper tries to search for the model of regulation reform which fits Chinese practice, in allusion to actuality and problems of regulation in China.
