摘要 随着网络产业规制改革的进行,接入定价已经成为规制和竞争理论与政策中迫切需要深入研究的一个重要问题。本文介绍了网络产业接入定价理论中有效成分定价规则(ECPR)的不同表示方式,进而分析了ECPR的主要优点和缺陷,并介绍了ECPR在世界各国网络产业中的应用实践情况,以及在传统ECPR基础之上的M-ECPR和ECPR-M两种扩展方式,比较全面地研究了ECPR方法,为网络产业接入定价提供了理论参考。 Along with regulation reform in networks industries, Access pricing has been a problem what should particularly study on regulation ＆ competition theory and policy practice. This paper presents different expressions of the efficient component pricing rule （ECPR） aboutaccess pricing theory, analyze the main virtues and limitations, and introduces the practice of ECPR in network industries in different countries. Finally, this paper expands ECPR to M-ECPR and ECPR-M, so that promotes the development of access pricing theory.
