The Development of University-run Enterprises from the Perspective of Financial Management

随着中国改革开放的进一步深入和加入世贸组织,处在知识经济前沿的高等学校及其创办的高校企业面临着前所未有机遇和挑战。文章从财务管理角度就高等学校校办企业的现状、企业发展的紧迫性、企业发展的理念、企业发展的出路进行了全面的阐述。目的是为高等学校校办企业的良性运作提供一些借鉴与指导,促进高校企业健康发展,保证高校资产保值增值,为经济社会创造大量的财富。

With the deepening of reform and open policy and China＇ s entry into WTO, the institutions of higher learning and the enterprises run by them are confronted with unprecedented opportunities and challenges. From the perspective of financial management, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the present state of these enterprises, the notion of development and the prospects of them, so as to provide references and guidance for the efficient operation of enterprises, to enhance their sound development and to maintain the value of assets and their appreciation and to create wealth for the society.
