摘要
通过百年来高等师范专科教育的历史回顾,提出了专科层次的师范教育在我国中学教 师培养中曾发挥过重要的作用。但这一层次的学校也是中国各级师范教育中最易受外界因素影响 的一个学校层次,它的激增和锐减既反映了中国师范教育制度的变化,也反映经济欠发达的我国 在提高教师教育质量方面的矛盾心理。因此,科学地规划学校层次非常重要。
Based on an investigation of the history and significance of the Teacher's Training School in the past century, the paper maintains that, despite the contributions it has made to China's normal education, it is defected by its vulnerability to exterior influences, its irrationally fast development in some eras and equally irrationally quick decline in others being indicative of the conceptual contradictions innate in China's teacher training profession.
