摘要
针对目前我国电信业的发展，论述了网络融合是电信业发展的必然趋势，从技术、业 务、终端、行业和管理监管等层面，分别分析了电信网络的融合，给出了可供我国电信网络融合 选择的两个模式并提出了融合的几点措施，最后对我国电信网络融合的趋势进行了展望。
The author maintains that internet integration is the inevitable way out for the development of China＇s telecommunications business. The paper further analyses such aspects as the technology, performance, terminals and management of the integration and proposes two models and several methods for such integration
