Harmony of Interests——the Cornerstone of Social Harmony

我国正处于“黄金发展期”与“矛盾凸显期”两期并存的特殊阶段,倡导利益和谐尤为必要。因为,利益不仅是联结社会成员的纽带,而且利益的主观需求和客观实现之间是否均衡是衡量社会和谐的标尺。因此,对于构建和谐社会的中国而言,致力于利益主观需求与客观实现之间的动态平衡,消解利益关系中的不和谐因素,是问题的关键。

At present, China is at a special stage when “golden development” and “the time of obvious contradiction” coexist, so it is of special importance to advocate for the harmony of interests. This is because interest is not only a connection among social members but also a criterion to judge the harmonization of society in the terms of the balance between the subjective demands and objective realization of interests. So for China that is endeavoring to construct a harmonious society, it is essential to realize the dynamic equilibrium between subjective need and objective realization of interests, and eliminate the unharmonious factors in the relation- shio of interests.
