川芎嗪对缺血再灌注肾保护作用的研究

The Protective Effects of Ligustrazine on Renal Ischemic Reperfusion Injury in Mice

研究川芎嗪对缺血再灌注肾脏的保护作用。将缺血性肾衰模型大鼠随机分为对照组和川芎嗪组,通过组织病理学观察和肾功能检测,观察川芎嗪对大鼠缺血再灌注肾的保护作用。结果显示对照组大鼠缺血再灌注损伤肾组织变性和肾功能恢复比川芎嗪组慢。结论:川芎嗪对大鼠缺血再灌注损伤肾组织具有保护作用。

To study protective effects of Ligustrazine on renal ischemic reperfusion injury in mice by histopathologic and renal function changes. The mice models of ischemic renal failure were divided randomly into two groups, the experimental group with Ligustrazine and the blank group without Ligustrazine. Result The recoverys of histopathologic changes and renal functions in the blank group are lower than that in the experimental group. Conclusion： Ligustrazine could preserve the renal function of ischemic reperfusion injury in mice.
