摘要
探讨酒精中毒引发股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)的基本病理过程,初步阐释酒精性AFNH的发病机制。采用酒精灌胃法造模,2 0周后复制出早期酒精性ANFH模型,并进行股骨头组织病理学及电镜超微形态观察。结果表明股骨头缺血坏死的程度与酒精量呈正相关。
To investigate the basic pathologic changes of alcobol-induced svascular necrosis of the fomoral head（AINFH） and its pathogenesis , early stage of AINFH was made after 20 weeks alcohol induced. Histopathologic changes of the fomoral head were studied and ultrastructure was observed by electron microscopy. The result showed the degree of svascular necrosis of the fomoral head is positive correlation with alcoholic quantity.
