Menin蛋白和TGF-β在甲状旁腺肿瘤中的表达及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨Menin蛋白与转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factorβ,TGF-β)在甲状旁腺肿瘤发生中的作用及相互关系。方法62例标本包括正常甲状旁腺组织7例,甲状旁腺增生组织12例,甲状旁腺腺瘤组织43例。通过免疫组化法检测它们中Menin蛋白和TGF-β的表达,并进行分组比较。结果Menin蛋白的表达,正常组、增生组同腺瘤组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),正常组同增生组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TGF-β的表达,正常组、增生组和腺瘤组三者之间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但Menin蛋白和TGF-β在腺瘤中的表达存在显著相关(P<0.05)。结论Menin蛋白的失活在甲状旁腺肿瘤的发生中起重要作用;Menin是TGF-β信号传递途径中的一种关键蛋白。 Objective To explore the role and interaction of Menin protein and TGF - β in parathyroid adnomas. Methods The expression of Merlin protein and TGF - β was detected by immunohistochemistry in 7 cases of normal parathyroid tissue, 12 cases of parathyroid proliferation tissue and 43 cases of parathyroid adnoma tissue. Results There was significant difference in the expression of Menin protein between normal parathyroid and parathyroid adnoma ( P〈0.05 ), but there was no significant difference between normal parathyroid and parathyroid proliferation ( P 〉 0.05 ). There was no significant difference in the expression of TGF-β among the three groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). But the expression of Menin was significantly related to that of TGF- β in the adnoma group( P 〈0.05). Conclusion The inactivation of Menin protein may play an important role in the development of parathyroid tumor;Menin may be a crucial protein in TGF- β pathway.
