Mammotome真空辅助微创旋切系统在隐匿性乳腺病灶诊断中的应用

Role of Mammotome core biopsy system in the diagnosis of non-palpable breast mass

目的探讨超声引导下Mammotome真空辅助微创旋切术对隐匿性乳腺病灶诊断的意义。方法2003年11月至2005年1月对30例隐匿性乳腺病灶进行B超引导下Mammotome真空辅助微创旋切术。结果30例患者均无一例失败,术后均明确诊断,恢复良好。结论超声引导下Mammotome真空辅助微创旋切术有利于隐匿性乳腺病灶的诊断,手术创伤小,恢复快。对良性疾病兼具治疗作用。

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis significance of ultrasound guided Mammotome core biopsy technique in non - palpable breast mass. Methods Thirty women were underwent ultrasound guided Mammotome core biopsies form November 2003 to January 2005. Results Ultrasound guided Mammotome core biopsies were successfully performed in all 30 patients, without any postoperative complications. Conclusion Application of ultrasound guided Mammotome core biopsies system was very used in the excision of benign lesions.
