大学生排球运动员视野训练的实验研究

Experimental Research on Visual Field Training of College Volleyball Players

采用对照实验法,通过对实验组分别施加不同的实验因素,探求扩大大学生排球运动员视野的可能性及其程度.结果表明:排球运动员的视野是可以扩大的;采用多种训练手段对扩大大学生排球运动员的视野具有明显的效果.

By means of contrast experiment in which the experimental groups are exposed to different factors respectively the author aimed at inquiring to possibility and extension of enlarging the visual field of collegian volleyball players. Outcome is as follow： the visual field of volleyball players is enlargeable; to enlarge the visual field of collegian volleyball players by nullity--measures is very valid.
