摘要
以氨基磺酸为催化剂,通过环己酮和1,3-丁二醇反应合成环己酮1,3_丁二醇缩酮,探讨了催化剂用量、酮醇物质的量比以及反应时间等因素对产品收率的影响.实验结果表明:氨基磺酸是合成环己酮1,3_丁二醇缩酮的良好催化剂.在酮醇物质的量比为1∶1.5,催化剂用量2.0%,带水剂环己烷10 mL,反应时间80 min的条件下,环己酮1,3_丁二醇缩酮的收率可达94.0%.
Cyclohexanone 1,3-butanediol ketal was synthesized from cyclo,exanone and 1,3-butanediol using sul- famic acid as catalyst. The influence factors such as molar ratio of cyclohexanone to 1,3-butanediol, amount of catalyst , and reaction time on the yield of cyclohexan one 1,3-butanediol ketal were discussed . The results showed that sulramie acid was a good catalyst for synthesizing cyclohexanonel ,3-butanediol ketal. The yield of cyclohexanone 1,3-butanediol ketal was up to 94.0% when molar ratio of cyclohexanone to 1,3-butanediol was 1 : 1.5, amount of catalyst was 2.0%, water-carrying agent was 10 mL, and reaction time was 80 mins.
