协同时代ERP与SCM应用的对比研究

Comparison Study of ERP and SCM's Application in Cooperative Era

随着经济全球化步伐的加快,企业进入了协同合作的时代,在这种背景下,管理思想的运用将对企业发展起着举足轻重的影响。ERP与SCM同为一种管理思想,都是协同的思想,但又有差别。本文首先分析了ERP与SCM管理思想的异同点,然后阐述了ERP与SCM应用实施的情况,并着重分析了在有核心企业和无核心企业两种情况下,如何应用实施SCM。通过管理思想和应用实施两个方面的分析,说明ERP和SCM是同一体系下的管理思想,SCM的实施要以ERP的成功实施为前提。

As the globalization, the enterprises have stepped into the cooperative era. It is important to apply an effective management theory. As management theory, there are sameness between ERP and SCM, but the differences are obvious too. In this paper, the author analyses and describes the application difference of ERP and SCM, and sets focus on the SCM application of supply chain with core enterprise and without core enterprise. Through this description and analysis, the author thinks that successful ERP application is the precondition of SCM application.
