摘要
现有油气分离器在高油气比油井中应用,分离效果差。对分离器内部结构进行改进,诱导轮采用双级结构,增加一级分离轮,同时采用了叶轮增压和导流轮导流结构,使其适宜的泵入口处气液比由原来的0.3左右提高到0.6左右。在气液比为0.6环境下,分离率由原来的75%左右提高到95%左右。现场应用效果良好。
The existing oil-gas separators are used in high oil-gas ratio well with low efficiency. The internal structure has been made,including double structure replacing induced wheel,one more seperation wheel added and adopting impeller compressure and guiding wheel. The seperation ratio was increased from 75 to 95% with good operation efficiency.
