摘要
在定向稠油井井下作业以及日常生产过程中易出现近井地带堵塞和砂埋防砂中心管的现象,目前,酸化以及光冲管对防砂中心管冲砂等工艺无法较好解决此类工艺难点。研制开发了定向井旋转射流解堵装置;对利用高压水射流技术的物理法解堵机理进行了分析;根据模拟试验结果,设计了装置的结构参数。经现场应用,取得了较好的效果。
It is frequently occur that the nearby formation is plugged during daily production in directional heavy oil well. Especially, during downhole handling process, sand control central pipe can be buried by sand. Common downhole handling processes, such as acid jobs, control pipe or central pipe sand control, meet these problems. Downhole plug removal equipment of directional well by rotatory letting is researched. Through analysis of plug removal mechanism using the technique of high-pressure jetting, we design the structural parameter of this equipment. The application of this equipment in oil field proves that it is practical.
