摘要
高取代度羟乙基纤维素可利用异丙醇溶液进行精制,根据高取代度HEC中灰分及其在异丙醇中的溶解速度和溶解度不同,通过实验确定了最佳的精制工艺条件:洗涤次数为2次,每次洗涤时间为20 m in,洗涤液用量为每克HEC需10 mL异丙醇溶液,每次洗涤时洗涤液的用量均相同。本实验还设计了产品及废洗涤液中异丙醇回收的实验装置,具有很好的工业参考价值。
High-substitution hydroxy ethyl cellulose(HEC) can be refined using isopropanol solution.The optimum refining process conditions are determined through experiment according to the ash content in the high-substitution HEC and its dissolving speed and solubility in isopropanol: the number of scrubbing times is 2,the scrubbing duration for each time is 20 min,and the scrubbing solution consumption is 10 mL isopropanol solution per gram of HEC,and the scrubbing solution consumption is the same for each scrubbing.The experiment also designes the pilot plant for recovery of isopropanol in the product and the spent scrubbing solution,which offers good industrial reference.
