摘要
本文以大庆油田某套浅冷回收装置为对象,通过模拟计算研究了温度、压力对轻烃收率的影响,分析装置所存在的问题,提出了具体的工艺技术改造措施。结果表明:在对原装置不作重大改造的前提下,通过回收外输干气冷量,增加水冷设备等,轻烃收率大幅提高,丙烷收率增加了17%,改造方案合理。
The paper researched on a light hydrocarbon shallow condeusing recovery unit in Daqing Oil Field and discussed the recovery rate of light hydrocarbon effected by temperature and pressure through simulation and calculation, It analyzed the problem of the unit and offered the concrete technological alteration measures. The results showed that under the condition of not altering the original unit greatly, the recovery yield will improve markedly with recovering the cold energy of out transporting dry gas and adding the cooler and so on, the yield of C3 increase 17%, the alteration scheme is rational.
