摘要
研究测试了热压温度与时间对稻壳~木材复合材料物理力学性能的影响.试验结果表明,随着热压时间的延长,稻壳-木材复合材料的物理力学性能相应地提高.在140~160℃的热压温度区间表内,提高热压温度有助于提高稻壳-木材复合材料的物理力学性能;稻壳-木材复合材料适宜的热压工艺条件为30s/mm板厚的热压时间,160℃的热压温度.
The influence of hot press temperature and time on the physical and mechanical properties of rice husk/wood composites was studied in this work. The results showed that the physical and mechanical properties of rice husk/wood composite incereased as hot press time extended. At the range of 140℃ to 160℃ of hot press temperature, the physical and mechanical properties of rice husk/wood composite increased as hot press temperature increased. The optimal hot press condition for rice hus/wood composite is 30 s/ram of thickness of the panel and 160℃ of temperature.
