摘要
针对目前国内竹胶合板建筑模板普遍存在厚度公差大、表面质量差等严重影响产品质量的问题,进行了竹木复合和二次覆面工艺的探索。研究结果表明:产品厚度公差和表面质量以及主要物理力学性能达到或超过竹胶合板模板JG/T156-2004标准优等品质量要求。
In order to decrease the thickness tolerance and improve the surface quality for bamboo plywood form in our country bamboo - wood composite technology and secondary veneer overlaying were studied. The results showed that the main physical and mechanical properties and the surface quality and the thickness tolerance of bamboo- wood composite plywood could meet the requirements of high class produt in JG/T156 - 2004 for bamboo plywood form.
