摘要 不同的乙醇+NaOH浓度、浸提温度、浸提时间、浸提次数、固液比等,对银杏叶黄酮提取效果均产生不同程度的影响,其中浓度和温度的影响达显著水平。随着浸提温度的升高,浸提效果越好,但随着乙醇+NaOH溶液浓度的升高,浸提效果反而越来越低。银杏叶黄酮乙醇+NaOH提取法的最佳条件为:用50倍(v/w)的0.1%NaOH+乙醇溶液,于60℃条件下提取3次,每次1 h。 The extracting technology of flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba leaves by alcohol and NaOH was studied in this paper. The results showed that different factors had different effect on extracting. They were the different density solvent of alcohol and NaOH, the extracting temperature, the extracting hour, the extracting times and the solid ratio to liquid, of which the density and temperature had marked levels. With the temperature increasing, the extracting efficiency was better. On the contrary with the density solvent of alcohol and NaOH increasing, the extracting efficiency was worse. The results showed that the most optimal extracting condition was 50 times of 0.1% NaOH and alcohol solvent at 60℃ , and then extracting 3 times and lasting 1 h each time.
