摘要
定转子的结构、齿槽影响着电机的反电势波形、气隙磁密等,进而也影响电机运行性能。采用有限元法对外转子无刷直流电动机的电磁场进行数值计算,分析了斜槽与反电势波形的关系,提出了采用运动气隙边界法处理定转子相对运动的方法,并且考虑到了定子斜槽的影响。
The back electromotive force wave and magnetic field of the brushless direct current motor (BLDCM) are affected by the action of the tooth, slot and structure of stator and rotor, consequently influenced smooth running of the motor. The electromagnetic field of the exterior rotor BLDCM is analyzed and calculated with finite element method. The relation between skewed slot coefficient and back electromotive force wave is analyzed. Borderline slippage method is applied to deal with the relative movement between stator and roter. The influence of skewed slot is considered.
