摘要
利用德国NETZSCH SCHEME STA 409型热综合分析仪对燃烧性能相差较大的烟煤和无烟煤及其按不同比例掺混得到的混煤燃烧性能进行了热分析试验,并根据不同配比下混煤实验曲线的变化情况对混煤着火特性和燃烧特性的影响进行了探讨。结果表明:混煤的着火性能取决于烟煤所占比例,比例4:1的混煤着火性能较好;其综合燃烧性能随着烟煤比例的增大而增强,其中以混煤4:1的燃烧性能为最好。
The thermoanalysis experiment on the combustion characteristics of blended coal Of soft coal and anthracite with different proportion is conducted. The NETZSCH SCHEME STA409 Thermogravimetric analyzer is used.The influence of the variation of experimental curves on the ignition and combustion characteristics of the blended coal is discussed. The result shows that the ignition characteristics are dependent on the proportion of soft coal,It is found that the comprehensive combustion performs better with the increase of soft coal amount. It performs best with the soft coal proportion of 4:1.
