摘要
高压断路器是决定电力系统能否安全供电的重要因素之一,而弹簧操动机构性能的优劣将直接影响到断路器的技术性能。观察了弹簧断口的宏观痕迹、微观形态,检测了金相组织以及弹簧钢的化学成分及硬度,分析了保持弹簧断裂失效的原因。结果表明,弹簧材料冶金质量不佳,热处理工艺不当将造成弹簧寿命缩短,达不到技术要求性能指标。
Through observing the macro-fractographic, micro-fractographic, metallographic organization and inspecting the chemical composition and hardness of the spring steel the fracture failure reason of keep-spring is analyzed.The result shows that bad metallurgical quality of spring material, the improper heat treatment technology all result in the shortening of the life span. The performance index can not meet the requirement of technology.
