丛枝菌根真菌AMF群落物种多样性研究技术进展 被引量:2

Methods Employed in Species Diversity Determination of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fu ngi(AMF) Colonized in Terrestrial Ecosystem

摘要 作为一类具有重要生态学意义的微生物类群,丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizalfungi,AMF)的研究很早就引起人们的重视。但是,传统的研究方法不但耗时,费力,精确度低,而且难以大批量地对不同群落进行比较研究。近年来,基于PCR的分子标记技术的应用彻底改变了这一状况。本文综述了多种AMF群落及物种多样性的研究方法,并对传统方法和分子标记技术的优缺点做了比较,着重介绍了分子标记在这一领域的最新应用成果,对该方法存在的问题和应用前景做了总结和展望。 As a kind of microorganism with ecological importance, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi has been attracting effortof researchers very early. However, traditional methods were time consuming, labourious, imprecise and furthermore couldn't be compared among different communities on a large scale. Newly appeared molecular marker techniques based on PCR changed this situation thoroughly. This article particularized several researching methods on community and biodiversity of AMF and compared the strongpoints and shortcomings between traditional methods and molecular marker techniques,emphasized the new production of molecular marker in this field,summarized the existing problems and prospected its application foreground.
