正确的招聘决策有赖于对应聘者信息的充分掌握,在招聘这个动态博弈的过程中,由于信息不对称的存在,应聘者为了追求自身利益最大化,必然会存在伪装现象,这种伪装现象就会造成“逆选择”及企业招聘的风险存在。在信息不对称条件下,企业招聘风险的规避必须加强信息的透明度和伪装现象的惩罚力度。
