摘要 目的探讨男性2型糖尿病患者睾酮及性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)水平与非糖尿病人群的差异及意义。方法以化学发光法测定60名男性2型糖尿病患者及51名非糖尿病男性血清SHBG及总睾酮水平。结果男性2型糖尿病患者SHBG及总睾酮水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01);与对照组相比,糖尿病患者随年龄增加游离睾酮水平下降明显;多元逐步回归分析发现糖尿病患者游离睾酮水平与年龄、糖化血红蛋白呈负相关(r=-0.483、P<0.01,r=-0.257、P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者SHBG及睾酮水平的降低是独立年龄、体重指数(BMI)因素之外的,游离睾酮水平同血糖控制有关,其原因尚待进一步探讨。 Objective: To study the sex hormone binding goblin (SHBG) and testosterone levels in men with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Method: The venous blood was drawn for the determination of SHBG and total testosterone(TT) levels of 60 men with T2DM and a control group consisted of 51 non-diabetic men.Results: The SHBG and TT values of diabetic men were significantly lower than those of the controls (P<0.01). There were significant negative correlations between free testosterone(FT)values with age in men with T2DM. This phenomenon also existed in non-diabetic men, but the degree was mild. In diabetic men, the FT values also negatively correlated to GHbA_ 1c besides age.Conclusion: Low levels of SHBG and testosterone generally exist in diabetic men and their FT values are negatively correlated to the chronic hyperglycemia. The cause-effect relationship between T2DM and sex hormones needs further research.
