摘要
基础设施薄弱是制约武陵山区经济发展的瓶颈。针对目前的现状,只有引入竞争机制,才能从根本上解决武陵山区基础设施建设存在的各种问题。
The vulnerable infrastructural facilities are the bottlenecks that constrain the economic development in Wulin Mountain Areas. Based on the current situation in the areas, this paper maintains that only when the competitive mechanism is introduced can various of problems of the infrastructural facilities be essentially solved in Wulin Mountains.
